1. Add the module to a page, the default “Startup Form” will be added to the page in order to get you jump started with creating your form.
2. You can add fields to the form by dragging them into it. You can also drag fields around within the form, edit, and delete fields easily.
3. Click on the “Form Properties“ to edit the main properties of the form (Title, auto responder, font, color…)
4. To collect payment; drag a payment field into the form, the wizard will start, add your merchant ID info and amount that you want to charge and you are ready to collect money from your users. (Note; if you don't need to collect payment, you can consider our Drag & Drop Form Builder with no payment integration)
5. Click on “Update” to save your changes then “Return” to go back to the form. You are now ready to collect form submission from your users.

• You can see the data submitted by the users using a date range and you can also export it into a csv or excel format.

• This version of Form Builder (with payment integration) requires “Full Trust Security” level. Please make sure that you are running your DNN in a “Full Trust“ mode before purchasing the module.
• For the email sending function to work, your email server should be support Relay.
• You should have a valid and active account with one of the payment processing companies listed in this page to be able to use the payment integration feature.
• You might have to specify a CallBack URL for Google Checkout to work properly within your account in Google.
