This process consists of: project management, quality assurance and quality control.  It’s a system of checks and balances that provides our clients with the comfort and security of knowing that, not only is the work being done, but it’s also being reviewed and re-reviewed every step of the way.  We kept it light-weight to be easily adapted, yet it provides enough measurements to illustrate the difference between planned and actual, and areas of improvements.
