At NetSignature we have a structured and quality‐driven approach to software application design and development, for both the web and desktops. Coupling this approach with a highly-skilled technical team, and state-of-the-art tools, provides our business partners with high levels of solutions fitting their needs and capitalizing on their competencies, in addition to full understanding during stages of the development process.
NetSignature provides a variety of web based software development services and products covering different business domains, e.g. education, real estate, retail etc., using leading edge technologies.
.net -- We’ve developed various web applications with different levels of complexity using .net technology, ranging from complete portal solutions to custom module development. Using our expertise we have also developed our own products, most of which were DotNetNuke (DNN) modules that are sold online (thru www.snowcovered.com ) and have matured through customers’ feedback from one version to the next. Leading edge tools and frameworks are used e.g. Visual Studio 2008 and 2010.
PHP -- While being the most cost-effective technology available, PHP is also a very versatile one. It is easily integrated with online services and mainly used to develop websites and intranets. PHP is a mastered skill within NetSignature.
Java -- The most flexible and robust technology available currently, Java was developed by Sun Systems and is an open source option, therefore making it a cheap alternative for most clients. Java is very versatile, hence, easily integrated with any other technology. Java was therefore the technology of choice while developing m-Currency.
Mobile Development
Amongst the projects that showcase the passion and innovation of NetSignature’s team is m-Currency. m-Currency is a mobile solution developed for MCG - m-Currency Global. m-Currency system is a payment system that enables people to make transactions from their mobiles via SMS, or mobile applications on smart phones.
The core system is built using J2EE and MySQL database. Other subsystems that are built to complete the solution were developed in C to run on the point-of-sale terminals, and J2ME for the mobile applications. The core system is also integrated with a CRM to manage customers’ tickets. Since it’s a financial system, testing was crucial and non functional requirements, such as security, performance and high availability, were real challenges that we dealt with.
